Company History

RoSa Construction was established in 1981 by Robert Reil and Sam Thurmon.  Building a trusted and honorable family business that has grown into a larger corporation yet still keeping its family values.  In 2003 Joey Reil joined the RoSa team.  After 15 years with the company Joey has since taken on the role as New President. Joey has brought a fresh and up to date approach to the business.  Combined they bring over 100 years of experience to the Company as General Contractors specializing in Medical, Industrial, Tenant improvements and Commercial construction.  RoSa has a reputation built on reliability, timeliness with deadlines and adhering to budget requirements. Their long list of clients throughout Northern California is a testament to their proven track record.  The success of RoSa Construction can be attributed to their attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and effectiveness in communicating with clients throughout the planning and construction process. In addition, the RoSa team works together as a cohesive unit to ensure customer satisfaction at every level throughout the project.
