Joey Reil
Joey Reil is the proud owner of RoSa Construction Inc., a company he purchased in 2018 from his father, Robert, and business partner, Sam. Joey’s journey with RoSa Construction began in 2003 when he started as a laborer. Over the years, he worked his way up to the role of Operations Manager, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business before acquiring the company.
With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Joey has led a variety of projects, including design-build initiatives, complex healthcare and HCAI builds, and commercial tenant improvements for major tech companies. He is also IICRC certified, further enhancing his expertise in restoration and environmental standards. Joey’s leadership is built on integrity, precision, and a deep understanding of the construction industry, ensuring that RoSa Construction Inc. continues to deliver exceptional results.
